Here at KUMA Church, we aim to usher our members and visitors to worship God in a safe and comfortable environment.

We are responsible for welcoming every individual into the church auditorium and help them find seats and accommodate the needs of our guests. We ensure free flow of members in and out of the sanctuary.

We are the caregivers/caretakers of church members and visitors during every church service.

Protocol Officer

At KUMA Church, our ushers-Greeters-Protocol Officers:

Direct members and visitors to available seats in the sanctuary.

Help those who need special seating or accommodations.

Collect offerings and tithes at the appointed time during the service.

Distribute pamphlets, church bulletins, and other literature on the church to visitors as they arrive and as they depart.

Keep individuals and items out of the aisles to allow easy traffic flow and conform to fire safety codes.

Represent the church by keeping a smiling face at every service.

We serve the church through hospitality, courtesy, educating our visitors, and creating a welcoming environment, we set the tone for every member’s personal experience with God while in church.
